The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed in all Plachutta restaurants.
The voucher card will be sent to you by registered post after you have placed your order. This can take up to 2 working days.
Please note that orders will not be processed on the weekends and that there may be delays in delivery at Christmas time.
